Once INSYS is setup, you can start using it immediately. However some features need addon tools. Also, to get started fast, you need to consider training. Find below the products and services you need to enhance INSYS.
INSYS Space
INSYS Silver is capped at 1GB. We let you increase your system space as your operations and information grow. In INSYS space is used to store more data, information and content. The more you use the system, the extra space you will need.

INSYS Training
We don't just give you a system, we also train you and your team on how to operate it, so that it can give you maximum value. Our trainings are arranged in one hour sessions and delivered by highly trained System Executives.

Data Management
We understand you have past data that you need loaded on INSYS. We will help upload it and ensure it fits in well. Past data is relevant especially to enable the company use the system from the beginning of the year. We accept data in hard and soft format. We enter data in data sets. Eg Customer's bio data, orders, invoices, and receipts is one data set, and number of orders or invoices is the depth.

Mobile Sender ID
For you to be able to send SMS through INSYS, you will need your own private branded Sender ID to identify you. INSYS is configured to work seamlessly with bulk SMS gateways. We help you register a unique Sender ID with a telco like Safaricom and Airtel. In Kenya, you cannot send bulk SMSes without a sender ID. With the ID, your text messages will be branded.

Payment Integrations
We let INSYS work together with other systems. We will integrate your PayPal or MPESA Paybill number with INSYS ensuring that all payments made through the account will automatically be receipted and updated on the system. This brings automation and saves a lot of time. We also integrate Equity and Cooperative Bank Accounts.

INSYS Customization
Mostly INSYS is offered as it is. However, your business or organization may have special operational needs that are not handled by the current INSYS System. We can customize additional modules and integrate them into INSYS Core, to meet that specific need. INSYS is not cast on stone. We are flexible.

INSYS Support
INSYS is well documented. It is easy to follow along and understand what you need to do. However, there are times you do not know what to do and you require assistance. We offer system application support so that we can get you off the hook and back on track. NB System failure support is not billable.
